• Website hosting and SSL certificate.
• Unlimited content updates (text and images).
• Ongoing technical maintenance.

Projects with high complexity or advanced functionality requirements may require an initial setup fee, which will be agreed upon before work commences.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We require **30 days notice** for all cancellations. Upon cancellation, your website will be taken offline at the end of the notice period.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

The subscription model allows you to use the website as long as the subscription is active. We retain ownership of the website's underlying code and design. If you wish to purchase the site outright and move to another provider, a separate buy-out fee will be negotiated.

You retain all rights to any content (text, logos, images) provided by you for the website.

5. Service Limitations

While we offer "unlimited updates," this refers to reasonable changes to existing content. Major redesigns or adding complex new functionality (e.g., e-commerce, booking systems) may incur additional costs and will be quoted separately.

6. Liability

We strive for 100% uptime and error-free performance, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available or free from bugs. We are not liable for any loss of business or data resulting from website downtime.
